Computers now play a huge part in our day to day lives. Even if you do not use a computer every day, computer systems are being used to control and deliver many services such as banking, Televisions programs and medical care. The Enigma machine was one of the first computers that was so technical it could do a job in minutes which would take a human months.

Computers definitely do have a place in today society but some people are worried that we may becoming too reliant on them. Computers still need a certain amount of human input and like all technology, they go wrong from time to time. When this happens, it may need a human to come in and find out what is wrong and fix the issue. One thing that humans have an advantage of over computers is emotion and conscience and sometimes this plays a big part in decisions that need to be made. It is not always good to take all the emotion out of a decision as although it may not make sense logically, it may do on an emotional level.

Computers are proving to be more and more useful but there probably wont ever be a time in which they can replace a human mind completely.
